- Kieran Gregory, defensive end – Quince Orchard (committed to Richmond)
- James Jones-Williams, running back – Seneca Valley
- Thomas Lucas, cornerback – Paint Branch (committed to Connecticut)
- Ryan Markush, wide receiver – Northwest
- Marcus Newby, linebacker – Quince Orchard (committed to Nebraska)
- Jonathan Quigley, offensive guard – Paint Branch (committed to Hampton)
- Malaki Roy, wide receiver – Sherwood
- Carlo St. Regis, linebacker – Quince Orchard
