Bethesda-Chevy Chase 5, Whitman 3: Joe Feldman pitched a nine-inning complete game and knocked in the go-ahead run as the visiting Barons beat the Vikings on Saturday.

Austin Sapin drew a two-out walk, stole second and scored on Feldman’s single to break a 3-3 tie in the top of the ninth inning.

Wootton 3, Walter Johnson 2: The visiting Wildcats held a 2-1 lead going into the bottom of the seventh inning, but Glenny Woolschlager hit a one-out RBI double and scored three batters later when Kevin Mooney was hit by a pitch to give the Patriots the comeback win.

Poolesville 4, Blair 3: Three walks and a hit batsman helped the visiting Falcons score three runs in the top of the sixth inning on their way to topping the Blazers.

Hunter Pearre went the distance for Poolesville, allowing six hits and one earned run while striking out eight in seven innings. The junior pitcher was also 1-for-4 at the plate with a single and a run scored.

Sherwood 17, Magruder 3: Michael Zerafa had four RBI and scored twice as the Warriors routed the Colonels in an error-filled five-inning game.
